Every year, a number of chefs take up the challenge in the Passion for Plating Aviko MasterChef. In just two hours, they create no fewer than three amazing dishes. To experience the convenience and quality of our products and how they could solve their daily kitchen problems. The coming months they will inspire you with solutions, recipe inspiration and much more.

  • Team 1
    Jörg Heid & Adwin Fontein

    A couple feared by other chefs! Together, they bring a wealth of international experience to the team. Jörg has a proven track record in Michelin-starred kitchens and now works in the high-end catering industry at Food Affairs GmbH. Adwin is chef at Accor Hotels in Brussels and has extensive international experience. Winners in the category ‘Easy & Affordable’.

    Ermal Cani & Enrico Pantorno

    An Albanian and an Italian, what a passionate combination! Ermal is executive head chef at Hilton Cambridge and Enrico is a culinary entrepreneur in Sicily. Both have a wealth of experience and a great love for cooking, you can taste it! We’ll let you in on a secret: they’re the overall winners of 2025!

    David Schneider & Neil Molyneux

    David and Neil formed a duo. David from the United States with over 35 years of experience, including as Resort Executive Chef at the Marriott Resort in Arizona. Neill from the UK, development chef for a group of 18 restaurants. Both with an enormous passion for food, which is reflected in their dishes.

    Dumitru Bucsa & Jiray Seropian

    Dumitru is executive chef at Novotel Bucharest part of the Accor group. Jiray, from Sweden, has a huge passion for street food. You can imagine that this results in an amazing culinary mix!

    Juan Pablo Fernández & Filip Brückner

    From the moment they were paired up for the MasterChef, they formed a closeknit team. Both are incredibly creative. They enjoy surprising people with flavours, creativity in the kitchen and, above all, the fact that food connects people. They both firmly believe that there is always something new to discover in the kitchen.

    Simon Walch & Edward Wright

    Edward and Simon formed a team. Simon from Austria, owner of a fantastic family hotel, and Edward with extensive culinary experience from the USA. These men went so far that they even calculated the carbon footprint for their Green & Sustainable dish.

    Xhulio Satka & Kristian Bryhner Fogh

    Xhulio Satka and Kristian Bryhner Fogh, a duo during this MasterChef. Xhulio participated from the UK and is regional head chef at The Alchemist, while Kristian participated from Denmark. Both have a wealth of experience in the culinary world, which is reflected in their dishes.

    Kjelte Slinkman & Patricia Borges

    Kjelte and Patricia, the Netherlands meets Portugal. What a great duo during the Aviko MasterChef. Kjelte with an enormous passion for cooking and super eager to learn from other chefs, and Patricia with an enormous passion for sustainability and everything that comes from the sea. Together, these chefs created three beautiful and delicious dishes. And they were delicious!

    Sergi Martene Balchori & Jhon Garcia

    Our youngest participants in this MasterChef, but that didn’t affect their quality. What a talent! They were very decisive and knew immediately what they wanted to make. Great winners of the Mystery Box challenge!

    Letizia Borri and Jeff McClure formed a delightful duo. Letizia with her Italian flair and passion and Jeff from the US with all his experience. They won the “Green & Sustainable” category.
