This recipe combines crispy Garlic & Herbs Wavy Fries with breaded chicken schnitzel, tangy Caesar mayonnaise, and fresh greens for a tantalizing flavor journey.

How to prepare

  • Ingredients (per serving)

    • 250 g Wavy Fries Garlic & Herbs
    • 1 breaded chicken schnitzel
    • ½ red onion
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 anchovy fillet in olive oil (can)
    • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • ¼ head of little gem lettuce
    • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese flakes
    • 2-3 sprigs of pea cress
    • Hand blender

Method

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the chicken schnitzel in the frying pan, oven or deep fryer until golden brown and cooked.
  • Cut the onion into strips. Using a hand blender, puree the mayonnaise with the anchovy fillet and olive oil. Season with lemon juice and pepper. Cut the lettuce into strips.
  • Spoon the fries on a wave board or in a bowl. Cut the crispy chicken breast into strips. Divide the lettuce and chicken over the fries. Pipe dots of caesar mayonnaise on top and garnish with the cheese flakes and pea cress.

Tip: Prefer vegetarian? Take a vegetarian chicken breast and replace the anchovy fillet with 1 teaspoon capers.
