
Wavy Nazaré
A fusion of Garlic & Herbs Wavy Fries with truffle mayonnaise, aioli and tapenade, finished with a sprinkle of pecorino cheese and fresh thyme leaves for an elevated taste experience.
Ingredients (per serving):
- 250 g Wavy Fries Garlic & Herbs
 - 2 tsp truffle mayonnaise
 - 2 tsp truffle aioli
 - 2 tsp truffle tapenade
 - 2 tbsp grated pecorino cheese
 - 1 sprig of thyme

Method
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packet.
 - Spoon the fries into a bowl or onto a wave board. Pipe the truffle mayonnaise, truffle aioli and truffle tapenade in nice dots on the fries.
 - Sprinkle the chips with the pecorino cheese and the leaves of the thyme sprigs.
 
Tip: Garnish the Triple Tartufo extra generously with sautéed mushrooms.
