Wavy Tahiti Teahupo’o

Delicious crunchy wavy fries, topped with beef rendang, atjar tjampoer, and a curry mayonnaise, finished with crispy fried onions and fresh cress for a tantalizing taste of the tropics.

Ingredients (per serving):

  • 250 g Wavy Fries Cheezz Onion Style
  • 3 tbsp beef rendang
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp atjar tjampoer
  • 1 tbsp fried onions
  • ½ tbsp cress of your choice


Preparation time: 5 minutes

  • Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the rendang. Mix the curry with the mayonnaise.
  • Spoon the fries on a wave board or in a bowl. Spread the atjar tjampoer and rendang on top.
  • Pipe dots of curry mayonnaise on the fries and sprinkle with the fried onions and cress.

Tip: Prefer no meat? Prepare the rendang with oyster mushrooms, pointed cabbage or jackfruit.
Tip: For a milder flavor, add a dash of coconut milk to the rendang.
