Wavy Punta de Lobo

Crunchy fries with savory bolognese sauce, topped with basil mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese for an Italian-inspired delight that’s sure to please any palate.

Ingredients (per serving):

  • 250 g Wavy Fries Cheezz Onion Style
  • 3 tbsp bolognese sauce with (beef) minced meat
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Hand blender


Preparation time: 5 minutes

  • Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the bolognese sauce.
  • Meanwhile, using the hand blender, puree the mayonnaise with the basil leaves. Keep a few leaves aside for garnish.
  • Spoon the chips into a bowl or onto a wave board. Spoon the bolognese sauce onto the fries.
  • Pipe a dot of basil mayonnaise on top and garnish with the Parmesan cheese and basil leaves kept aside.

Tip: Prefer meatless? Go for bolognese sauce with vegetarian minced meat or lentils.
