Wavy Maui

Cheezz Onion Style Wavy Fries, elevated with exotic vadouvan-spiced mayonnaise, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and mango chutney for a tropical twist that delights the senses.

Ingredients (per serving):

  • 250 g Wavy Fries Cheezz Onion Style
  • 1 tsp vadouvan (spice mix)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 100 g grilled chicken breast
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 2 sprigs of coriander


Preparation time: 5 minutes

  • Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Meanwhile, mix the vadouvan into the mayonnaise. Cut the chicken breast into strips and the tomatoes into quarters.
  • Spoon the chips into a bowl or onto a wave board. Spoon the mango chutney onto the fries. Divide the chicken breast and tomatoes on top.
  • Pipe dabs of vadouvan mayonnaise on the fries and garnish with the coriander.

Tip: The grilled chicken can be served lukewarm or at room temperature.
Variation tip: For extra spicy fries, replace the mayonnaise with aioli.
