Pita with potato-onion stuffing

Preparation

Prepare Aviko Appetizzers as instructed on the packaging. Heat up pita breads in the oven until light brown.

Serving

Open and fill each pita with lettuce, Onion Rings and crunchy Rösti Bites. Add humus, peppers, alfalfa sprouts (or cress), chickpeas and tomato slices. Drop a few drops of lemon juice.

Tip

Eat straight away when it is still hot!
