Corn with little gem, Aviko Habanero Cheese Nuggets, fermented garlic mayonnaise and chili popcorn for extra wow effect.


Aviko Habanero Cheese Nuggets
• Little gem
• Baby corn
• Roasted baby corn
• Chili popcorn
• Olive oil
• Pickled corn
• Fermented garlic mayonnaise
• Chervil


• Place the little gem on a plate, top with the roasted baby corn and drizzle with a little olive oil.
• Prepare the Habanero Cheese Nuggets according to the instructions on the package.
• Put them on top of the little gem with the roasted baby corn.
• Add the chili popcorn and pickled corn to the dish.
• Top with the fermented garlic mayonnaise and chervil.
