
Loaded fries: SuperCrunch Calamaris sensation
SuperCrunch Loaded Fries Calamaris sensation Greek-style, with crispy squid rings, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives and garlic sauce.

Recipe for 10 people
- 2.5 kg Aviko SuperCrunch
- 500 g tomatoes
- 500 g (mini) cucumbers
- 3 red onions
- 3 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1 kg calamari (frozen)
- 400 g black olives
- 400 ml garlic sauce
- Oil for frying

Preparation method
25 minutes
- Heat the frying oil to 170 ºC. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the onions into half rings. Finely chop the dill.
- Fry the calamari in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked. Drain the calamari rings well and keep warm.
- Fry the Aviko SuperCrunch in the hot oil for 3-3.5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain the fries well and shake with salt to taste.
- Spoon the fries onto 10 plates. Divide the tomato with the cucumber and onion over the fries. Place the calamari rings on top and finish with the olives, garlic sauce and dill.
Tip: for a dish without meat or fish, replace the calamari with deep-fried onion rings.
