Gratins With Crème Fraîche And Salsa Verde

25 g flat-leaf parsley, basil and/or dill
2 tsp capers
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tsp lemon juice
125 g crème fraîche
2 tsp pink peppercorns

METHOD

PREPARATION: 25 MINUTES

  1. Finely chop the herbs with the capers and place in a small bowl.
  2. Grate or press the garlic over the mixture. Add the olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and store the salsa verde in a cool place.
  4. Prepare the gratins according to the instructions on the packaging.
  5. Place the gratins on a serving dish. Spoon a teaspoon of crème fraîche onto each gratin. Sprinkle with the salsa verde and peppercorns.
