
Gratins With Crème Fraîche And Salsa Verde

4 Aviko One-for-all Gratins

25 g flat-leaf parsley, basil and/or dill
2 tsp capers
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tsp lemon juice
125 g crème fraîche
2 tsp pink peppercorns
METHOD
PREPARATION: 25 MINUTES
- Finely chop the herbs with the capers and place in a small bowl.
- Grate or press the garlic over the mixture. Add the olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover and store the salsa verde in a cool place.
- Prepare the gratins according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Place the gratins on a serving dish. Spoon a teaspoon of crème fraîche onto each gratin. Sprinkle with the salsa verde and peppercorns.
