Ingredients (10 servings)

* 2,5 kg Premium Super Crunch Fries Shoestring 7mm

Bacon onion dip:

Ingredients:
500 g Diced bacon
250 g Diced onion
250 g Mayonnaise
250 g Sour cream 

Method:
Fry the chopped onions until crisp, add them and sauté until translucent. 
Then drain and cool everything and mix with the mayonnaise and sour cream.

Chipotle lime dip:

Ingredients:
500 g Mayonnaise (vegan)
50 g Salsa di Chipotle
30 ml Lime juice
10 g Smoked paprika powder
20 g Sweet paprika

Method:
Stir all ingredients well and store the dip in a cool place.

Avocado dip:

Ingredients:
200 g Mashed avocado
100 g Tomatoes seeded and finely chopped
100 g Shallots, finely diced
300 g Fresh cheese
15 ml Lime juice
5 Chopped mint leaves
