
Cheeseburger loaded fries
All favourites in one bite
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 600 g Aviko Wavy Blends Garlic & Herbs
• 4 beef burgers
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 red onion
• ½ bunch of chives (20 g)
• 4 slices of cheddar
• 100 g finely chopped iceberg lettuce
• 100 g sweet and sour gherkins (sliced)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp mustard
Method
Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the beef burgers for 10 minutes until brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into wedges and the onion into half rings. Finely chop the chives.
- Prepare the Wavy fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Place the slices of cheddar on the burgers and allow the cheese to melt slightly with the lid on the pan for 1 minute. Remove the cheeseburgers from the pan and cut into strips.
- Spoon the Wavy fries onto 4 plates or boards. Divide the iceberg lettuce, cheeseburger strips, tomato, onion and gherkin between them. Sprinkle with the chives and serve with the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard.
