Aviko Premium Homemade Style Gratins are frozen potato slices in a creamy sauce. The slices are mixed with a sauce made from cheese, nutmeg, and white pepper. The gratins run ever so slightly, giving them a homemade appeal. The gratins are steam cooked and easy to prepare in an oven or combi steamer, and as such are valuable timesavers in the kitchen. Their shape makes these gratins easy to portion out, resulting in less loss. When kept frozen at -18℃, the gratins keep for up to 24 months. Gratins pair well with classic meat or fish dishes and grilled vegetables. These gratins are suitable for gluten-free and vegetarian diets.
