In our industry social media can be very decisive for success or failure. It’s pictures viewing and judging... The ‘looks’ of your restaurant and certainly your ‘plate’ are important business drivers these days. Moreover, we also eat with our eyes. The tastier a dish looks the higher the appreciation.
What to expect?
You have to deal with time pressure in the kitchen, limited staff, and that’s where we at Aviko comes in. To help you with highquality products that are already insanely flavourful in the base, to which you can very easily add your own signature and which will leave you more time to spend on preparing an instagrammable plate.
The selection
During our Passion for Plating Aviko MasterChef Mallorca event 12 chefs from 12 different countries created the most beautiful dishes with a little help from an Aviko product as a base. These chefs show you that by using a good base, you can put all your time and energy into creating a beautiful plate. That is Passion for Plating.
