Tagliata Loaded Fries

These loaded fries are irresistible for al Tagliata lovers.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 600 g Aviko Wavy Blends Garlic & Herbs
  • 250 g haricots verts
  • 25 g arugula
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 sirloin steaks at room temperature2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese flakes

Method

Preparation time: 25 minutes

  • Prepare the Wavy fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Clean the haricots verts. Boil them in salted water for 4 minutes until crispy.
  • Coarsely chop the arugula. Grate the garlic and finely chop the capers. Mix the garlic and capers with the extra virgin olive oil. Add the balsamic vinegar. Stir in the arugula and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the grill pan. Pat the sirloin steaks dry with kitchen paper. Brush the meat on both sides with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the sirloin steaks on high heat for 1 minute per side until nicely browned and pink on the inside. Let the meat wrapped in aluminium foil rest for 5 minutes.
  • Spoon the Wavy fries onto a platter or 4 plates. Cut the sirloin steaks into slices and place them on top of the fries. Divide the arugula salsa, tomatoes and parmesan flakes on top.
