
Bravas-Style Loaded Fries
Make these most delicious loaded ‘patatas’: Wavy fries with chorizo, bell pepper, salsa brava and aioli.
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 600 g Aviko Wavy Blends Paprika
 - 200 g chorizo (sausage)
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 red pointed peppers
 - 50 g (smoked) almonds
 - 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
 - 3 tbsp aioli
 - 3 tbsp salsa brava (jarred or homemade, see tip)
 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
 
Method
Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Prepare the Wavy fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
 - Cut the chorizo into half slices. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil. Fry the chorizo for 5 minutes until crispy.
 - In the meantime, cut the peppers into rings. Coarsely chop the almonds and parsley.
 - Spoon the Wavy fries onto a board or 4 plates. Divide the bell pepper rings, chorizo and almonds over them.
 - Pipe or spoon the aioli and salsa brava onto the loaded fries. Sprinkle with the parsley and paprika.
