BLT loaded fries

BLT 2.0 on crispy Wavy Blends

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 600 grams Aviko Wavy Blends Paprika
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 12 slices of smoked bacon
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 sprigs parsley
• 100 g finely chopped iceberg lettuce
• 3 tbsp garlic sauce

Method

Preparation time: 20 minutes

  • Prepare the Wavy fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon for 4 minutes until brown and crispy. Tear or cut the bacon into pieces.
  • Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and cut the onion into rings. Finely chop the parsley.
  • Spoon the Wavy fries onto 4 plates or boards. Divide the lettuce, bacon, tomatoes and onion rings between them. Drizzle or spoon the garlic sauce over the top and sprinkle with the parsley.
