Shashliks (a la Gaucho) in herbs and spices, with broccoli, tomatoes and corn

Mix a glass of oil with finely chopped chili pepper, rosemary, squeezed garlic and salt. Cut meat into pieces about 3x3 centimeters and place in the marinade for 1-2 hours. Cut tomatoes into halves. Preheat grill pan or grill. Stick meat on sticks and cook on the grill with corn (1/2 per person) and tomato halves. Cook broccoli florets in boiling salted water. Prepare fries according to package instructions.

Serving: Serve shashliks on a plate, with fries, corn, tomatoes, broccoli. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tip:Use pork or lamb instead of beef.
