Prepare Aviko Philadelphia® Crispy Snacks as instructed on the package. Mix yogurt with garlic and season to taste. Cut the salmon into 2-3 centimeters of stripes and fold in rolls.
Strain Philadelphia® Crispy Snacks, basil leaves, dried tomatoes and salmon rolls on wooden sticks. Serve 3-4 skewers per person with yoghurt sauce.
