Fry marinated potatoes for 6-10 minutes in the pan, over medium heat, without oil, stirring constantly. In a bowl, mix shrimps, finely chopped or grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, crushed color pepper. Leave for at least 30 minutes. Then fry in a pan for a few minutes, add the potatoes, season to taste and serve immediately.
Serve with a mix of lettuce, a slice of lemon and strawberry or raspberry on top.
The dish can also be served as an appetizer. Stuff potatoes and shrimp on skewers and sealed in the oven. It fits perfectly with the creamy dip.
