Fry the marinated potatoes over medium heat in a frying pan, without oil. Cut chili into rings and fry briefly. Add corn, shallots, green beans and potatoes. Dry the steaks and fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let them rest on the board for 5 minutes after removing from the pan, then season with salt and pepper. Chop coriander finely.
Cut the steak into thin slices and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve with a portion of roasted vegetables.
Fry steak as needed - a little less for bloody, rare a bit longer.
