Lamb skewers with chips and spring salad

Preparation

Cut the meat into cubes with sides of about 2-3 centimeters. Season with salt and pepper and other favorite spices. Add a few drops of olive oil and soy sauce, stir and leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Cut peppers and onions into pieces. Stick pieces of meat and vegetables alternately onto the sticks, forming skewers. Cook on the grill or grill pan for several minutes until the meat is browned. Mix ketchup with the smashed garlic. Prepare fries according to package instructions.

Serving

Place fries, a large portion of salad and 1-2 skewers per person on the plate. Serve garlic ketchup in a bowl next to it.

Tip
