Prepare Spicy Sweet Corn Bites according to the instruction on the package. Roast the peanuts in a dry pan until they're golden and crispy. Cut small corns and grilled paprikas into slices. Crush or tear goat cheese into pieces. Wash the leaves thoroughly and dry them.
Place a handful of green leaves on a large plate, sprinkle with peanuts, pieces of cheese, add slices of grilled paprika, baby corns and a few Spicy Sweet Corn Bites. Season to taste with salt, pepper and olive oil.
You can use feta instead of goat cheese and add a few slices of chili pepper to spice up the dish.
