Greek burger with zucchini, spinach, feta cheese and zaziki

Preparation:

Halve the cucumbers for the zaziki, remove the seeds and grate the cucumbers. Drain them in a sieve for 5 minutes. Add garlic, dill and yoghurt and season with pepper and salt. In a bowl mix the beef with garlic, oregano, mint, pepper and salt. Form 10 hamburgers. Prepare Aviko Pure & Rustic Fries as directed on the package. Grill the zucchini. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some butter in a frying pan and fry the hamburgers on medium heat for about 3 minutes each side until they become golden brown. Build the burgers as follows:

• brush the underside of the bun with the zaziki

• cover with raw spinach

• put the hot hamburger on the spinach

• spread the zucchini and feta cheese over it

• finally, add some zaziki and cover all with the top of the bun and serve with Aviko Pure & Rustic Fries
