Peel the carrots and cut into narrow columns. Pass the salsa and avocado mousse into individual bowls. Prepare fries and Mozzarella fingers according to the instructions on the packaging.
Serve fries, a few sticks of cheese, a bunch of carrots and a portion of salsa and avocado mousse on a plate. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set bowls with the rest of the sauce on the table.
