Fry the washed spinach leaves on the pan with squeezed & crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Soak the sheets of rice paper lightly in water to make them more flexible. Apply a portion of spinach on each sheet and scroll to get a nice croquet (see instructions on the packaging of rice paper). Dredge each croquet in sweet peppers. Heat the beans with brine & with a little of salt. Prepare fries according to package instructions.
Put a portion of fries and a portion of beans on the plate. In addition, set the bowl with horseradish sauce and spinach croquet on a separate small plate. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Make a HOT version - use chili, or Spanish smoked paprika (Pimenton) instead of sweet peppers. The dish can also be served with traditional, straight fries.
