Finely chop the shallots and chilli. Cut lemon into halfs. One half of each squeeze into the bowl, the other halves cut into 4 quarters. Mix allspice, scallions, chili, brown sugar, butter and milk and season with salt and lemon juice. Place the fillet on a greased baking sheet skin side down. Pour lemon juice and place the next quarters of lemons and few tomatoes. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Prepare fries according to instructions on the package.
Season fries with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle the fish with fresh mint and coriander. Serve on a plate with lemon wedges and roasted tomatoes.
Additionally, you can pour the fish with lemon-pepper sauce, collected from the baking sheet.
