Dürüm Kebab with creamy cheese filling

Preparation

Prepare Aviko Kartoffel Taschen Potizers as instructed on the package. Cut the cabbage finely, add some salt, knead and leave for a few minutes to let the cabbage let go of the water. Pour water, add the remaining ingredients of salad: washed spinach leaves, chopped mint, honey, lemon juice, mix and spice well. Cut the onion into thin rings, and the tomatoes in quarters. Preheat the tortillas in the oven.

Serving

Place a portion of salad in the middle of each torilla, then place a potizer, add onion and tomatoes and fold gently. Cut each roll on 2-3 parts and place in a bowl or on a plate. Serve warm.

Tip

Wrap tortillas with baking paper or aluminum foil - they will be more stable and easier to eat.
