Rub meat with fine spices and fry in a pan or on the grill and then cut into thin slices. Mix yogurt with squeezed garlic. Cut the tomatoes into slices, lettuce and onion on a rings. Prepare fries according to package instructions.
Place a portion of salted fries, a handful of lettuce and onions, a few slices of tomato and a portion of meat with garlic sauce on a plate.
Instead of chicken, you can use pork or beef or use the ready-to-serve meat for gyros. You can replace fries with ZigZag version.
