Chop the shallots finely. Mix them with minced meat, bread crumbs and eggs. Season to taste. Shape into 10 burgers and dredge them in the bread crumbs. Fry in oil until they are crispy and well-done. Prepare fries according to package instructions. Heat the tomatoes from the can with their marinade on the fat from frying meat to obtain a thick sauce. Slice the radishes, pickled cucumbers and cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters.
Place the napkin on the board & then place fries on it. Season to taste. Then place salad, a portion of tomato sauce, burger, another layer of sauce, salad leaves and fries again. Decorate with pieces of radishes, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Serve additional potion of vegetables in a separate bowl.
