Burger with chorizo, roasted pepper and caramelized onion


In a bowl mix the ground beef with garlic, paprika powder, nutmeg, pepper and salt. Shape 10 hamburgers. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Drizzle the pepper with olive oil and roast in the oven. Fry the onions in the olive oil. Then add the light brown farin sugar, caramelize the sugar and add balsamic vinegar. Clean the roasted peppers and cut into long strips. Prepare the Aviko Pure & Rustic Fries as directed on the package. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some butter in a frying pan and fry the hamburgers on medium heat for about 3 minutes each side until they become golden brown. Then fry the chorizo slices until they are crispy. Build the burgers as follows:

• brush the underside of the bun with mayonnaise

• cover with lamb's lettuce and roasted peppers

• put the hot hamburger on the lamb's lettuce and the peppers

• spread the chorizo slices and the caramelized onions over it

• cover with the top of the bun and serve with Aviko Pure & Rustic Fries
