Spinach, Brie & Honey loaded fries

A golden combination for loaded fries.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 600 g Aviko Wavy Blends Paprika
• 2 tbsp almond flakes
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 600 g spinach
• 250 g cherry tomatoes
• 250 g brie
• 1 tbsp honey
• 3 sprigs of thyme

Method

Preparation time: 20 minutes

  • Prepare the Wavy fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • Toast the almond flakes in a dry frying pan until golden brown and shake on a plate.
  • Finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the spinach in portions and let it shrink while stirring and the released moisture disappears. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Halve the tomatoes and cut the brie into slices.
  • Spoon the Wavy fries onto a large platter or 4 plates. Divide the spinach, tomatoes and slices of brie on top.
  • Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the almond shavings.
  • Remove the leaves from the sprigs of thyme and sprinkle over the loaded fries.
